Meet Lara Bouery, 30, in this episode Jan.31, 2022 – Discover Your Power You, A Life Coach, A trained Hypnotherapist based in Lebanon.
Transformed from being a client to being a Life Coach. She had been a victim of physical violence from an ex-fiance, emotional violence at the beginning and wanted to end the relationship but didn’t know how or where to seek help. First, she found a therapist for almost 5 months but needed something more to know how to move forward in her life. Upon searching through the web, she found life coaching and found for herself what was it all about. It helped create a new vision for her and then lead her into rediscovering the power she has within.
